December 22nd Mike Mangini posted on his Instagram a short video of him playing on a special track by Dream Theater: The Holiday Spirit Carries On. The proceeds of this song at their Bandcamp page goes to support their road crew who have not been working in 2020.
Here is what they wrote: “With touring cancelled around the world, the incredible members of Dream Theater’s crew have not had the opportunity to work as they normally would in 2020. Please help us support them by purchasing this exclusive Holiday track. All proceeds will go toward these dedicated people who work tirelessly to make Dream Theater concerts possible.”
The song is available until December 31st.
