The Collective’s “Drum Tech Camp” Starts 1/30 With John Longstreth

The Drum Tech Camp is a one-week evening program for drummers to learn how to integrate modern technology into their music. This in-person camp gives students access to our state-of-the-art facility, equipped with contemporary music production gear in addition to traditional instruments.

Drum Tech Camp:

Instructor: John Longstreth

Times and Dates: 6-9 PM – 1/30 to 2/3

Students will learn how to record drums and use Ableton Live to enhance their professional skill set. Learn how to mic a drum set and record drum tracks from home to collaborate with other musicians.  Additionally, learn how to program beats and enhance your live shows using the industry-standard DAW Ableton Live. The camp is in the evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 PM to accommodate the schedules of drummers who work or attend class during the day.
