“Hey Good Peoples… My Name is Mike Quinlan and I am the Manger for New Orleans Suspects… we have set up this GoFundMe project to collect a bit of cash for our brother “Mean” Willie Green. Legendary Drummer of the Neville Brothers for decades, the backbone of the New Orleans Suspects for the last 10 years, and a hell of a talent on the BBQ.
Before Covid-19 cancelled the world, We were supposed to kick off Jazzfest 2020 with a benefit at TIPITINA’S for Willie Green. The concept was, Give The Drummer Some… For so many years Willie has helped provide the soundtrack for all of our lives. As he retired this past year, we look to help provide him with a little relief from both medical and personal bills in these trying times.
100% of Donations will go directly to Willie. Pure and Simple.
