With Elise Trouw’s new Signature Sticks, Vater-Sticks is bold enough to use color.
Stick manufacturer Vater gives all drummers a veritable series of signature sticks. The “Player’s Design” product line features models from high-profile endorsers such as Mike Mangini, Chad Smith, Stewart Copeland, Virgil Donati, Derek Roddy, Abe Cunningham and Cindy Blackman-Santana: their “Magic Wand” is between a 5A and 5B, with a short shoulder and a medium-sized oval/teardrop hybrid tip, designed to provide full but defined tones, whether in jazz or rock music.
