Noble & Cooley are hiring workers to work at their historic factory in scenic Western Mass. They’re looking for an apprentice-level drum maker with more opportunities on the horizon.

Title: Hardware manufacturer JOB APPLICATION

We’re looking for a skilled, energetic and enthusiastic drum maker to join our growing team at our historic factory in Granville, MA. As the Hardware Manufacturer at Noble & Cooley, you will be a vital part of the Production Team, helping to produce high-quality drums. You will work directly alongside the Manufacturing Manager on a day-to-day basis and will be responsible for leading our custom hardware making efforts.

Responsibilities:

Hardware Fabrication (primary role)

Drum Assembly

Other light manufacturing duties

Hardware inventory management

Packaging & Boxing finished products

Requirements:

Mechanical skills and knowledge of common tools

Friendly, Good Communication skills and a Positive Mindset

Organized and Self-Managed with the ability to multi-task

Solution-oriented and Goal-focused

Industry knowledge & experience – While being a drummer is not a must, it certainly helps to have an in-depth understanding of the product we make and the customers we serve.

BIO:

No drum company in the world has the history of innovation and production that Noble & Cooley has. The company can trace its lineage all the way to January of 1854, when Silas Noble and James P. Cooley started making drums in the Noble farmhouse kitchen. It wasn’t long before they packed up and moved into a small building to create their very first factory. The rest was American history.
