The exclusive HD™ Shell construction of the 10″ and 11″ LP Discovery II Ultralight Congas is ultralight, extra durable, and produces a clear, dynamic sound. The set includes an ultralight stand featuring an Aluminum tripod offering both durability and portability.
The durable HD Shells of the complementary LP Discovery II Ultralight Bongos offer a brilliant and vibrant harmonizing sound that work well with the Discovery II Congas. The 6-1/4″ and 7-1/4″ bongos feature traditional Cuban-style bottoms and are supplied with a carry bag.
The drums are outfitted with natural rawhide heads for a traditional tone, feel, and response with EZ Curve rims with a smooth, rounded edge for a more comfortable playing experience. The 9/32” diameter tuning lugs make both the congas and the bongos easily tunable, and the black hardware adds to the drum’s stylish looks. Both the congas and bongos are available in Race Car Blue, Onyx, Sea Foam, and Red.
