In 2025, musical milestones align as Steve Gadd turns 80Dan Hemmer turns 60, and Michael Blicher turns 50—and the celebrated trio is marking the occasion with the “80•60•50 Milestones Tour”, a new live EP, and performances in Japan this fall followed by a return to Europe in spring 2026.

Together, Blicher Hemmer Gadd have become known for their warm, intimate sound—rooted in soul, blues, and hard-swinging grooves. Over the past decade, they’ve released four acclaimed albums and played over 100 showsworldwide, from Scandinavia to Southeast Asia.

Formed more than 10 years ago after a chance musical meeting, the trio continues to overcome distance, age, and busy touring schedules to pursue a deeply personal and joyful collaboration. For Steve Gadd, who’s played with legends like Eric ClaptonJames Taylor, and Steely Dan, this trio offers a return to music’s purest form.

New Album: Moments Like These

To celebrate their 10th anniversary, the group has released a new live album, Moments Like These, recorded during their 2024 European tour. The record features mostly new songs, along with fresh live takes on fan favorites—highlighted by an unforgettable version of Any Moment Now, with Gadd playing two brushes on snare while standing between his bandmates.

The album is available exclusively on Bandcamp and at live shows, in gatefold vinyl and digipak CD formats—no streaming, just a real, physical piece of the music.
