Cosmo Klein isn’t perfect when it comes to drums. Benny Greb, Noah Führbringer, Jost Nickel and Felix Lehrmann, among others, are involved in his new album “Soul Fiction”.
The forthcoming album “Soul Fiction” (released on May 26th) by Cosmo Klein & The Campers was made during the pandemic when the creative industry was largely at a standstill. As a producer, composer and songwriter, Klein traveled through Germany in his Cosmobil, a camper converted into a recording studio. He visited the crème de la crème of German session and jazz musicians such as Benny Greb, Noah Führbringer, Hanno Busch, Claus Fischer, Jost Nickel, Florian Menzel, Felix Lehrmann, Peter Weniger, Jakob Manz and many more and gives the recordings a musical road trip through this special atmosphere.
Second single release: “Head”
The song “Head” is the second release from the upcoming album – it was recorded in Klein’s Camper-Studio by drummer Noah Führbringer, guitarist Hanno Busch, bassist Thomas Stieger and Florian Menzel on trumpet:
