Position: Manufacturing & Shop Assistant
Type: Full-time
Location: Kalamazoo, MI
What You’ll Do:
As a Manufacturing & Shop Assistant, you’ll be part of a small, hands-on team helping to build and deliver our drums and hardware. This is an entry-level role with the opportunity to learn and grow into more specialized areas of drum manufacturing.
Daily tasks include:
- Assisting with drum and hardware production, working with both wood and metal components.
- Using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment to sand, finish, and assemble parts.
- Inspecting and testing parts for quality control.
- Packing and shipping customer orders with care and accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Interest in music, drumming, or manufacturing (experience not required, but a plus).
- Comfortable working with your hands, tools, and materials.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
