Dixon Drums is proud to announce the addition of Vicky O’Neon to the Dixon Drums family!

Vicky is an accomplished Finnish drummer, percussionist, and educator currently touring with Anastacia and performing on the American TV show Name That Tune. With a rich career spanning across global stages, she has played alongside iconic artists such as Nile Rodgers, Anne-Marie, Kaiser Chiefs, and Brian May of Queen. Vicky’s versatile drumming skills and powerful performances have graced major live TV events like the Team GB Homecoming at Wembley, the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, and the Eurovision opening.

In 2020, Vicky collaborated with Brian May, releasing two songs, one of which hit No. 13 on iTunes. Her musical journey also includes performances with Hans Zimmer, Pharrell Williams, and Clean Bandit, and she even participated in BBC’s record-breaking Drumathon for Children in Need.

A passionate advocate for music education and gender equality, Vicky is the co-founder of Girls Rock London and Rock Donna, two nonprofit organizations focused on empowering young women in music. She also created the educational YouTube series Drumming Through The Decades to inspire and teach aspiring drummers.

With a BMus (Hons) in Popular Music Performance from BIMM London, Vicky’s dedication to her craft has earned her the school’s prestigious ‘Top Overall Drummer Award’. Her extensive experience as a live performer and educator makes her an invaluable asset to the Dixon Drums family.
