Fred Eltringham who currently drums for Sheryl Crow will be sitting in with the Late Night, 8G band starting Monday evening 4/25 through 4/28.
Award winning drummer Fred Eltringham has been playing with Sheryl Crow since 2012. Prior to that, he toured with such notable artists as kd lang, The Chicks (aka Dixie Chicks), The Wallflowers, Juliana Hatfield, Ben Kweller and Boston power pop rockers, Gigolo Aunts.
He first started as a substitute on a tour, then became an official member of the rock band The Wallflowers since 2003, succeeding Mario Calire with the album Rebel Sweetheart released in 2005, and also providing backing vocals.
This very versatile player has worked with Ben Kweller and the Low Stars. He has also toured with Juliana Hatfield, Jude, Tears for Fears, and most recently the Dixie Chicks. His early recorded works with the Wallflowers include collaborations on Trampoline Records Greatest Hits Vol. 2 and the Warren Zevon Tribute CD Enjoy Every Sandwich.
