Meinl Cymbals is very pleased to welcome Jonathon Rodney to our family of artists.
Jonathon is a session drummer from the Midlands, UK touring the globe with the likes of Nya King, Sheddy Maria, Tiggs Da Author, Relley C, Sway, Maia and many more. He is also the founder of Elevation Music Group, a music production and artist development company.

BIO:
Jonathon “The Animal” Rodney is a session drummer / musical director and founder of his own company, Elevation Music Group (EMG). A hardworking and passionate drummer, Jonathon has worked with some exceptional artists during his career, covering a wide variety of styles and genres, including gospel, R&B, pop and hip hop. He has had the pleasure of playing with Jackie D Williams, Skepta (BBK), MK1, Sway, Tigga da author, and is currently working with upcoming Birmingham artists Relley C and Lekky and also hip-hop soul artists Layfullstop.
