Springsteen drummer Max Weinberg sells Delray Beach home for $5M

Max Weinberg, the drummer for Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band, sold a Delray Beach home for $5.15 million. Weinberg is the long-time drummer for Bruce Springsteen and the former drummer for Late Night with Conan O’Brien. He is also a real estate investor, and was appointed to a two-year term on the Delray Beach Planning and Zoning Board in August.

Records show the 5,092-square-foot Delray Beach home last sold for $4 million in 2017. In November 2019, it was listed for $5.3 million. Candace Friis with The Corcoran Group represented both parties in the deal.

The house has six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. Built in 2013, the home also comes with a guest suite, a three-car garage and a pool.

The Weinbergs have bought and sold homes in South Florida over the years. In 2018, they sold a house in Palm Beach for $6.8 million, two years after buying it for $7.5 million.
