Innovative Percussion Welcomes Walfredo Reyes Jr.
Innovative Percussion is proud to welcome Walfredo Reyes Jr.—one of the most versatile drummers in the world—to our family of artists. Known for his masterful fusion of Latin, Afro-Cuban, Rock, Jazz, and world percussion, Walfredo brings a truly global voice to the drum set. Born in Cuba, raised in Puerto Rico and Las Vegas, and now based in the U.S., he seamlessly blends traditional rhythms with modern drumming to sound like a drummer and percussionist all in one.
Throughout his illustrious career, Walfredo has toured and recorded with an extraordinary lineup of artists, including Carlos Santana, Steve Winwood, Jackson Browne, Celia Cruz, Gloria Estefan, Christina Aguilera, Mickey Hart, and many more. He currently tours as the drummer for the legendary rock band Chicago.
