The silent tactile monitors made by Porter & Davies (P&D) are used around the globe by many top pro-fessional drummers. Joining the growing P&D family are George ‘Ginger’ Hamilton (Sam Smith), George Daniel (The 1975), Sam Fogarino (Interpol), Brian Griffin (Black Crowes), Dave Rowntree (Blur), Matt Lunn (Placebo) and many more.

Long-time P&D user, Ginger Hamilton, is playing with Sam Smith on one of the biggest global tours of 2023 with shows spanning Europe, USA and the Far East. He says: ‘I’ve been using P&D for over 10 years now and it has completely elevated my gig experience. Coupled with my IEMs it adds so much more de-tail in the low end which is a dream for every drummer!

George Daniels, drummer, co-writer and producer with the extraordinarily successful band The 1975 is using his new BC2rm to aid him on the bands global tour as he continues to fit his unique sense of groove into the band’s creative songs.

Sam Fogarino has a way of delivering his energetic drum parts with Interpol with percussive precision which is being now helped by his new BC2. See him and the band in action with five headline dates in the UK in the coming months.

Gigster will transform Brian Griffin’s stage experience as he and The Black Crowes accompany Aerosmith on their farewell tour. Griffin, an ever versatile drummer is an integral part of the band as well as seasoned session drummer who has worked with dozens of seminal artists.

Blur, a multi-Brit Award winning band, return to the music scene with their first new album since 2015, The Ballad Of Darren. Multi-faceted drummer Dave Rowntree will be using his BC2rm to keep the brit-pop beat alive and kicking.

As Placebo return to North America for the first time in almost a decade, touring drummer Matt Lunnwill be using his BC2rm on the road as he hammers out the bands trade mark thunderous beats. See them on their re-scheduled UK & Ireland tour later this summer.

Also joining the P&D family with purchases of the BC2s are Luis Ledezma, drummer with Mexico’s lead-ing alternative rock band, Café TacvbaNick Buxton drummer with Dry Cleaning, the group everyone seemed to discover in lockdown, Jakob Kiersch co-founder and drummer with Alphavillewho will be touring big festival stages across Europe and Jackie Barnes, son of and drummer for one of Australia’s most popular music artists, Jimmy Barnes, as well as Lachy Doley, and Richard Marx. Talking about his new kit, Barnes said: ‘The Porter & Davies BC2 is an absolute game changer. Hearing and feeling the bass drum is absolutely the most important thing in my mix, now I don’t need to worry anymore. The biggest compliment I have for the BC2 is how much I miss it when I play shows without one! I’m hon-oured to be a Porter & Davies Artist.
