Gibraltar Hardware and Rogers Drums, Digital Marketing Specialist

Creative opportunity in the music Industry – Join two growing music instrument brands; Gibraltar Hardware and Rogers Drums as part of the product and marketing team. We’re looking for a creative marketing specialist with a background in musical instruments/music industry, Shopify webstore management, and campaign management skills to join us as we take these brands to the next level.

This full-time position will work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies connected to our direct to consumer website/store including seo, email marketing, and coordination with the social media/content manager in an effort to create cohesive strategies on all Rogers and Gibraltar platforms. You will be responsible for measuring and reviewing monthly campaign reports to make sure results are matching up with goals. This position will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing digital assets on the google drive platform for team and b2b use.

Works with: USA-based product and marketing team for Gibraltar Hardware and Rogers Drums and Hardware

Key areas of responsibility 

Web Site Marketing and merchandising, campaign calendar, and maintenance (Gibraltar and Rogers).

General Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with internal brand marketing, creative, and digital teams to adopt campaign strategies for Gibraltar and Rogers websites.
  2. Coordinate quarterly brand marketing materials and any promotions with distributor e retailer network, and build retailer network.
  3. Ensure that the company’s creative archive is properly organized on the google platform, updated, and backed up.
  4. Support the planning, development, strategy making, and managing of the progress of each marketing campaign on cross-channel social platforms and email marketing. Carry out other tasks or responsibilities as required within the Digital Marketing team.
  5. Responsible for generating website/social /marketing content through coordination between team members/outsourced agents. This will also involve content research from UGC imagery or content from artists/influencers. Artwork skills or video editing skills will be a plus, in order to make the content fit on different platforms.
  6. Design and manage visitor flow for the website, experience with UX web design will be a plus. Design flow will be changed or customized to support specific campaigns or quarterly marketing focus. Experience in web design to make corresponding changes in areas such as; images, price, and tags. Basic SEO knowledge will be needed. Enhance customer experiences through UX web design, handling customer reviews, and designing and managing loyalty programs according to the brand marketing strategy.
  7. Manage, and analysis on eCommerce reports and digital marketing reports including email marketing reports, and GA4, in order to make recommendations to help evolve our performance and effectiveness online.
  8. Conduct daily audits of the live site to ensure all product content is updated and accurate. Reporting issues or bugs to relevant supporters or team members.
Marketing Specialist skills and qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing management and content distribution.
  • University degree in marketing, English, relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Have experience with Klaviyo, e-commerce, Facebook Ads Manager, GA or google ads will be a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical and creative skills.
  • Dedicated, strong team player.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to work alone and in a team.
  • Able to perform under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of video production and editing programs is a plus (Premier or others).
  • Fluent in English writing, excellent storytelling skills.
  • Experience in Influencer marketing is a plus.

Preferred requirements

  • Drummer, major plus, musical experience a big plus.
  • Knowledge of the MI industry is preferred.
  • Nashville area location also a big plus.

  • Job Type: Full-time position, weekly team meetings.

Salary: 50k-65k
