According to TMZ, Tommy Lee has once again relisted his home in Calabasas, California.

Tommy Lee is taking another shot at selling his home in Calabasas … because he just put it back on the market.

The rock star drummer listed his picturesque estate this week for $4,599,000. It’s the same price he listed the home for back in May 2020. It didn’t sell the first time, so Tommy took it off the market to lease it for a year and has now relisted it.

Tommy’s place is 6 bedrooms, 8-bathroom house sits on a 12,000-square-foot lot…. the crib is custom built with all the bells and whistles, including a home theater and a state-of-the art recording studio.

The three-story home features sweeping city views, which are also visible from the private pool and spa.

Tommy’s estate is built around a central atrium with a retractable roof … and there’s a concession bar and a wine tasting area.

Official description of the house courtesy of agent Emil Hartoonian of The Agency: “Set atop a spectacular hillside against the extended city light views lies this architectural compound which brings the perfect balance of a tropical escape and artistic functionality. Lee sold his last house, in nearby Malibu, in late 2004 for $2,475,000, according to public records. Lee had paid $800,000 in 1995 for that 7,462-square-foot house on 2.49 acres. The house had made the news back in 2001 when a four-year-old boy died after accidentally drowning in the house’s swimming pool during a birthday party.
